Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
66zk is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. 66zk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 66zk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 66zk complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
66zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances and pending investigation of any suspected breach) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 66zk platform shall first be submitted to 66zk's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.
